Terms & Conditions – Jamiat-un-Noor

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for students, parents/guardians, and staff of Jamiat-un-Noor. By enrolling a student in our institution, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and the successful completion of the admission process.

• All information provided in the application forms must be accurate and supported by the required documents.

• The school reserves the right to reject an application without providing a reason.

2. Fees & Payment

• Tuition and other fees must be paid as per the schedule announced by the administration.

• Late payment may incur penalties or lead to suspension of services.

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in special circumstances at the discretion of the school.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and arrive on time for all classes and activities.

• Leave of absence must be requested in advance and approved by the administration.

• Repeated or prolonged absence without approval may result in disciplinary action.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must uphold Islamic values, discipline, and respectful behaviour towards peers, teachers, and staff.

• Use of inappropriate language, misconduct, or disrespect will not be tolerated.

• Uniform and dress code must be strictly followed.

5. Academic Expectations

• Students are required to complete assignments, participate in assessments, and maintain satisfactory academic progress.

• Cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty in examinations is strictly prohibited.

6. Use of School Property

• All facilities, books, and equipment must be used responsibly.

• Any damage caused to school property due to negligence will be charged to the responsible party.

7. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the student.

• The school is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on campus.

8. Extracurricular Activities

• Participation in school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities is encouraged and may be mandatory for certain grades.

• Students must follow instructions and safety guidelines during such activities.

9. Media & Photography

• The school may take photographs or videos of students during activities for educational or promotional purposes, unless the parent/guardian provides written objection.

10. Amendments

• The school reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels.
